Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 333vet website at https://333vet.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or sports market offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 333vet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Account Registration & Verification

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, and before deposits exceed the threshold set by 333vet's compliance team, you must complete identity verification by submitting one of the following documents issued by a Bangladeshi authority:
- National Identity Card (NID): Bangladesh National ID card — both front and back sides required.
- Passport: Valid Bangladesh passport showing the personal data page.
- Driving Licence: Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) issued driving licence.

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus amounts awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. If your account is flagged for investigation, 333vet may suspend access and freeze your balance for up to sixty (60) calendar days while the investigation is conducted. You will be notified of the suspension and given the opportunity to provide evidence in your defence.
Account Suspension & Closure
Player-initiated closure: You may close your 333vet account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 333vet will close the account within two (2) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding uncleared bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method within five (5) business days of closure.
Responsible Gaming closure: If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about problem gambling — 333vet will action the closure within four (4) hours of receiving your request and will apply a mandatory minimum six-month self-exclusion period. During this period you will not be able to reopen the account or register a new account on the platform. This process is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.
333vet-initiated closure or suspension: 333vet may suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions; a player is found to be ineligible to hold an account; suspicious activity is detected; or a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account closure. In cases of closure for breach, any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits will be returned subject to completion of any legally required anti-money laundering checks.
